Because snatch this deference to the First Correction and the presumption against prior controls, a court will usually not handset an injunction that prevents the delivery and/or distribution of an unauthorized chronicle but instead will only permit capital damages to be awarded to counteractant the unlawful acts of the inventor and publisher.
