Volume 4 examines the decade breakout 1933 to 1943, a period all-inclusive of tensions, crises and aesthetic discoveries for the artist. This fourth remarkable last volume ends here, in 1943. There will be no fifth supply as John Richardson died on 12 March 2019 at the age lay out 95.
